All your correspondences must be addressed to Dada Boudir Tour & Travels (Regd.) at the address mentioned below. To hold a tour booking, you are required to give us a 50% amount in advance. The remaining part of the amount should be paid after your arrival in India, but 7 days prior to the commencement of our services. Dada Boudir Tour & Travels (Regd.) also holds the authority to decide the amount of advance payment, depending on the nature of the extended services. During peak season, we may require the full amount to be paid in advance to hold space on a ‘confirmed basis’. This is also to be noted that the amount that you pay us during the peak season is ‘non-refundable’.

Mode of Payment
Dada Boudir Tour & Travels (Regd.) accepts the amount through ‘wire transfer’, ‘credit cards’, or ‘cash’. If you choose to pay through credit cards or in cash, the amount can be deposited in any of our bank accounts. Credit cardholders can use American Express, Master, and Visa credit card to pay the amount. In case, you pay by credit card, we would require the photocopy of the credit card, to be sent via fax. A service charge of 3.5% will be applicable on all credit card payments.
If you choose to pay by Demand Draft, it should be in favor of Dada Boudir Tour & Travels (Regd.) , payable at Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
Terms of Booking
When you make a booking with us, you have a contract with Dada Boudir Tour & Travels (Regd.). The contract is valid only when we have confirmed the space, have received the signed booking form from you, the deposit, and have sent you a booking confirmation for the same. Please also note that we accept only completely filled in and duly signed booking forms.
After the signed booking form procedure is complete, a 50% deposit of the total cost must be paid to the company in advance. Customers find it convenient to pay the balance amount within 30 days before departure. For bookings done within 30 working days of tour departure, the full amount will become immediately due with cash/ DD only. The amount will be collected in INR and charged according to the prevailing bank card rate at the time of making payment.
Any Natural calamities DADA BOUDIR TOUR & TRAVELS (Regd.) will not be liable for the same.
In the case of cancellation/ amendment of travel arrangements, you are required to notify us for the same in writing. The charges for the same will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation.
While you apply for cancellation/amendment, the charges would be as follows:
- More than 28 days prior to your arrival at the destination – Deposit only
- 27 – 14 days prior to your arrival at the destination – 65% of the total tour price
- 13 – 07 days prior to your arrival at the destination – 75% of total tour price
- 06 days or less – 100% of total tour price
Liabilities and responsibilities :
It is in the nature of all programs that the arrangements have to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of a trip are taken as aims and not as contractual obligations. The agency will always try its very best to solve any problem you face during your trip, but cannot be held responsible for delays or alterations in the programs or for expenses incurred, owing to domestic flights delays or cancellation, strikes, local regulations, sickness, bad weather, war, major force, political closures, and disputes.
Note: It may take us 2-4 weeks to complete the refund procedure.
